sys/od: allow to specify address offset with od_hex_dump_ext()
...
When dumping memory the printed addresses always start with `00000000`.
This can be very confusing and lead to errors.
Allow the user to specify a starting address of the printed memory that
will be used instead.
By introducing a wrapper function, existing users are unaffected.

Initializing the state variables per loop with a value where some bits are set
and some are cleared makes much more sense. E.g. previously the bitwise and
applied on the state variable initialized with zero was unlikely to detect
implementation issues, as the state value never changed. So if the bitwise
and would be incorrectly implemented as a nop, it would have passed the unit
test.

The SI1133 from Silicon Labs is a UV Index Sensor and Ambient Light
Sensor in a small 2x2 mm DFN package. The sensor can measure
independently ultra violet (UV) light, infra red (IR) light and
ambient light, however the ambient light is also influenced by the
IR light requiring compensation from the IR readings.
The SI1133 is quite different from other Silicon Labs chips in RIOT OS
and therefore needs its own driver. In particular, the SI1133 has 7
different photodiode configurations to read but only 6 channels to
read them in parallel so only some channels can be read each time.
This patch implements a new driver allowing to read the data directly
and a saul interface for the three kinds of light source. There are
many configuration options including interrupts and continous modes
that are left out of this initial driver.

setup on my same54-xpro.
Replace it with a clearer sample from Wikimedia Commons and fix the ffmpeg
command line.

This will play a raw audio (8kHz, 8 Bit) snipped from the 1961 synthesized speech demo.
(Can be disabled since the file is rather large with 17k)
It will also play sine, square and sawtooth waves with frequencies that can be set on
the command line.
I tested this with the on-board speaker (connected to P0.26) of the mcb2388 as well
as with hooking up a headphone to the ANALOG (PA02) header of the same54-xpro.

Now `sam0_flashpage_aux_write_raw()` is the only remaining 'raw'

If `native` is compiled with `USEMODULE=socket_zep` and networking,
don't also include `netdev_tap` automatically.
This mirrors the behavior on nrf52 and esp* where the default netdev

stm32mp157c-dk2 has not enough memory to build this apps.
However as the stm32mp157xx cpu line has no flash, a part of RAM
is considered as ROM. Thus ROM size could be extend to suit this

Fixes a bug on the `pkg_lvgl` test when running on the esp32. When `sysmon_task`
was created it ran too early before any widget was created causing
Store/LoadProhibited exceptions on the esp32, I assume it's noticeable on the
esp32 due to the code being fetched from external flash memory adding a delay
higher than `REFR_TIME`.

This add an implementation of PBKDF2 using sha256 hmac. Only one derived
key length is supported (32) though it should not be hard to extend it.
The testing is done with both random (with fixed seed) vectors amd vectors
from rfc7914.

sys/shell: terminate shell on Ctrl-D
...
Ctrl-D was not caught in a special case so it was interpreted as
a standard character. Handle it now the same way like EOF and
terminate the shell instance.

Native CAN device was not properly ported to periph_can interface.
This commit fixes this by renaming all needed structures and files so
auto_init_can can initialize the native device. FEATURES_PROVIDED is
also updated for native.

The waspmote-pro cannot run at 250 kHz, as no available divider can divide
its core frequency down to that. Instead, the board can be tested at its

This replaces the printf statement in the timer callback with fmt-based
printing and a single puts. This is less heavy on the stack usage than
printf, making this test a bit easier to digest on the smaller
platforms.

The driver does not depend on or use the xtimer module, it should therefore
not include `xtimer.h`. Same for the test, which additionally missed an

gnrc_sixlowpan_router_default: don't pull in
...
For an app, a user usually uses `gnrc_ipv6_router_default` to activate
routing behavior. `gnrc_sixlowpan_router_default` is used by that to
pull in further dependencies for 6LoWPAN routers. It shouldn't pull in
`gnrc_ipv6_router_default` again, as this introduces a cyclic
dependency.

tests/periph_rtt_min: adapt test to slow rtt
...
pyterm only echoes after a \n is received, so use socat instead
so '.' are printed as they are generated. This will make the test
timeout for slow rtts like kinetis.
For these slow paltforms also reduce the sample size.

The expandable GPIO API requires the comparison of structured GPIO types. This means that inline functions must be used instead of direct comparisons. For the migration process, tests must first be changed so that they use the inline comparison functions.

Replace direct accesses to sched_active_thread and sched_active_pid with
the helper functions thread_getpid() and thread_get_active(). This serves
two purposes:
1. It makes accidental writes to those variable from outside core less likely.
2. Casting off the volatile qualifier is now well contained to those two
functions

This adds the `auto_test <port> <pin> <port> <pin>` command.
Specify two GPIOs that are electrically connected e.g. via jumper or wire.
The command will automatically conduct several tests to ensure that the
GPIO implemenation behaves according to the specification.

With the new version some OpenWSN modules are optional:
- openwsn_cjoin (and therefore opewnsn_coap)
- openwsn_6lo_fragmentation
- openwsn_icmpv6echo
- openwsn_crypto
- openwsn_udp (optional but kept as default)
New optional modules have been added:
- openwsn_iee802154e_security (link layer security)
- openwsn_adaptive_msf (MSF dynamic slot allocation)
Openvisualizer needs to be updated to be compatible with the new
version.

- Cleans up pthread initialization, checks for ret code !=0,
instead of -1. For some platforms the first thread was not
started and therefore `pthread_join` could not succeed.
- Always specify stackaddr and stacksize to not use malloc
- Formatting and uncrustify
