stm32/dma: Move FCR configuration to acquire function
...
The FCR register content might change during mem-to-mem DMA transfers,
Forcing it back in the acquire should be sufficient to ensure proper
operations.

tests/periph_spi: Expose default SPI CS pins

Expose the option to use default cs pins defined as DEFAULT_SPI_CS_PORT and DEFAULT_SPI_CS_PIN.
This is used if a wiring environment is already defined.
CFLAGS can be used to define the CS pin from the environment provided allowing easier automation of tests.

Currently only the GNRC_IPV6_NIB_EVENT_ADDR_VALID event is
implemented which informs subscribers that an address got
valid.

is racy by definition.
Also make `msg_bus_post()` accept `const void*` instead of `char *`.

This PR sets the DMA configuration for the UART peripherals on the
stm32f4 boards to the undef value to disable the DMA. This to prevent
from accidentally configuring the DMA to stream 0 channel 0 when
enabling DMA.

boards/nucleo-f767zi: Remap MOSI of SPI1 when used with stm32_eth
...
PA7 is the default MOSI pin, as it is required for compatibility with
Arduino(ish) shields. Sadly, it is also connected to the RMII_DV of
Ethernet PHY. This commit works around this by remapping the MOSI to PB5 when
the on-board Ethernet PHY is used.
