This
* renames DEFAULT_xID to USB_xID_TESTING as it is not really a default
(if anyting, the 7D00 is, and it's not that)
* moves the check into Makefile
* generalizes the check to all test PID/VID pairs
* in doing so, fixes the "or" (which would have ruled out warning-free
use of an allocated pid.codes number), and compares to the actual
testing PID rather than the RIOT-peripheral PID
* removes all occurrences of duplicated checks in examples or tests,
leaving definitions only where they are needed
* moves the Kconfig defaults of the usbus_minimal example into the main
Kconfig, as these are good defaults for all cases when USB is enabled
manually

Divide test cases in to groups and add test cases for:
- multiple spaces between arguments
- tabs between arguments
- leading/trailing spaces
- more simple variations for escaping
- multiple tests for correct quoting
A second occurence of the test case "('help', EXPECTED_HELP),"
was removed.

This also changes to expectations of the test script. It does not rely
on fixed thread IDs anymore, because boards with CDC ACM as stdio have
a different first thread then boards with "normal" stdio via UART.

As suggested by @kaspar030 the THREAD_CREATE_WOUT_YIELD flag was removed.
Now the sequence of output lines is identical in two cases: stdio via UART,
and stdio via CDC ACM (which needs a thread for that).
The expects have been changed to match the new situation, which is what
was already given in the CDC ACM case.

tests/cond_order: refactor the test to avoid knowing the thread IDs
...
When CDC ACM is used as stdio the first thread in the test may have a
different ID than #3 . The test code will now look at the printed thread
information (id, prio) as they are created. This avoids the need for a
table with ID/prio.

Before there were only two: "main" and "idle". But now there can also be
a thread for "usbus". The code will now use sched_num_threads and it
subtracts that number from MAXTHREADS.
This resolves issue #14180

The EDBG debugger on the `samr21-xpro` contains a unique 64 bit address
intended to be used as a MAC address for the internal radio.
This adds a driver to read that EUI-64 from the debugger, it should match
with the MAC address printed on the label on the board.

nanocoap: Added token length validation.

Implemented a check in coap_parse() to verify if TKL value is within valid range as specified by RFC7252. The token length must be within 0-8 range, any other value should be considered as invalid and the packet should produce message format error.
A test case was added to tests-nanocoap.c to verify correct behavior in case of TKL in range and out of range.
Update sys/net/application_layer/nanocoap/nanocoap.c
Prefixed debug message with module name and abbreviations expanded.

Expose the option to use default cs pins defined as DEFAULT_SPI_CS_PORT and DEFAULT_SPI_CS_PIN.
This is used if a wiring environment is already defined.
CFLAGS can be used to define the CS pin from the environment provided allowing easier automation of tests.

request is busy with the SPI transfer. This is useful to measure timings

and that malformed strings are rejected.
Right now the test is failing. The next commit will replace the tokenizer

The ATmega PWM implementation only supports a maximum resolution of 256.
Thus when running `osci` with `OSC_STEPS` = 1000 an assertion will fail and
the test crashes, even though the PWM peripheral works perfectly fine.
Limit OSC_STEPS to 256 so it works on all platforms.
The LED flashing doesn't look any more coarse.

The offset of MTD regions must be aligned with erase sectors.
So in order not to waste address space, avoid misconfiguration and
eventually support storage media > 4 GiB, give the offset in sectors
instead of bytes.

The test currently uses static globals for communication without any protection.
This could lead optimizing C compilers to deduce that access to those are not
needed (e.g. with LTO enabled). Using C11 atomics is the easiest way to tell
the compiler that those accesses are used for communication between two
different threads of execution (here: between the ISR and the main thread).

On `samr21-xpro` not all UDP packets were received, leading to the
testing automaton to get into an invalid state and failing. This small
delay between `sendto()` fixes that issue.

The sniffer in `tests/gnrc_rpl_srh` always had stability issues, since
it uses some badly synchronized threading of mine. Since v2.4.3 scapy
has its own [asynchronous sniffer] (which is already used in
`tests/gnrc_dhcpv6_client_6lbr`), so I ported my sniffer implementation
to use that instead.

pkg/nanopb: fix for proto files with includes
...
Proto files can include other proto files.
E.g. nanopb comes with a `nanopb.proto` include that contains some
nanopb-specific extensions.
This patch makes it possible to include this file as well as specifying
additional proto include folders.
I added the include to `simple.proto` so it gets exercised by the test.

- Add FEATURES_REQUIRED_ANY to dependency-debug:
Now `make dependency-debug` by default also stores the contents of
`FEATURES_REQUIRED_ANY`.
- makefiles/features_check.inc.mk: Break long lines
- {tests/minimal,tests/unittests,bootloaders/riotboot}:
Disable auto_init_% in addition to auto_init.
This works around weird behavior due to the USEMODULE being recursively expended
in the first iteration of dependency resolution: Modules added to DEFAULT_MODULE
get automatically added to USEMODULE during the first run, but not for
subsequent. This should be iron out later on.

The test for the line cancellation (ctrl-c) functionality was unable to
detect error because of the way pexpect matches output.
While working on the long line shell bug, a regression was about to be
introduced because of this. This commit fixes the test by directly reading from
the child process and expects an exact response.

This test checks if the function works when the timeout is smaller than XTIMER_BACKOFF and the mutex is already locked.
This means the timer will spin and the timer will shoot before the mutex lock was called.
Then the mutex lock gets called and the timer will not remove the thread from the mutex.
Checking if this case is handled correctly.

Previous value was 20 K, now it's 80 K. The older family of these MCUs
(cc13x0, cc26x0) had that size, currently for cc13x2 and cc26x2 it's

`tests/periph` calls the functions `rtc_get_alarm` and `rtc_set_alarm` from an ISR. Depending on the implementation of `periph_rtc`, however, these functions use `newlib` functions such as `localtime` and `mktime`, which in turn call the `newlib` lock function `__tz_lock`. This can lead to a system lock if the `newlib` with real lock functionality is used instead of the `newlib_nano`.

tests/sys_arduino: fix test synchronization issues

The test currently doesn't wait for synchronization of the serial
terminal the second time it is setup with `Serial.begin`. This results
in the test commands being sent before the terminal is ready which
causes the test to fail. To fix this add an expect_exact on "Hello
arduino". (NOTE: this is different form `interactive_sync` which
synchronizes the start of the test, here we want `uart` to properly
re-init)

chronos is indirectly blacklisted because of missing periph_uart feature.
hamilton doesn't provide periph_uart when stdio_rtt is disabled (because
of ethos dependency to stdio_uart) and ruuvitag/thingy52 provide the
periph_uart feature so stdio_uart can work on these boards.
