stm32/dma: Remove superfluous asserts from DMA hot path

This commit removes a number of assert statements that should already
have been hit before. This is the reason that the assert in the
acquire function is left.

drivers/sdcard_spi: add auto_init_storage to DEFAULT_MODULE
...
sdcard_spi is the only driver in auto_init_storage and was previously
pulled in by fatsfs (because it's used on SD cards)
It does however make much more sense if the SD card driver pulls that in
so other file systems can be used on SD card too.

tests/periph_spi: Expose default SPI CS pins

Expose the option to use default cs pins defined as DEFAULT_SPI_CS_PORT and DEFAULT_SPI_CS_PIN.
This is used if a wiring environment is already defined.
CFLAGS can be used to define the CS pin from the environment provided allowing easier automation of tests.
