tests: remove gnrc_netif2 test application
...
This application existed due to a merge conflict of #7925 due to a
breaking of the GNRC merge embargo and is an exact duplicate of
`tests/gnrc_netif` in all but in name. Since #7925 is now merged, this
application can be removed
