RIOT/pkg/wolfssl/Makefile
chrysn feff412bcc pkg: Move versions to dedicated line
Makefiles don't do comments, so these were forwarded into the variable.

Contributes-To: https://github.com/RIOT-OS/RIOT/pull/18489
