In the board definition of `esp32_wrover_kit` default values for `ESP_WIFI_EAP_USER` and `ESP_WIFI_EAP_PASS` had to be defined because this board was used in the CI to compile the optional module `esp_wifi_enterprise`. Now that the CI compilation for the `esp_wifi_enterprise` module is realized by an external board definition `esp32-ci`, these default values should be removed to make the compilation fail if the user did not define these variables.
To test compilation of optional ESP32 modules, these modules are enabled for the `esp32-wrover-kit` borad when compiled in CI. The use of some of these optional modules depend on the use of other modules.
SPI0_DEV and SPI1_DEV configuration parameters are renamed SPI0_CTRL and SPI1_CTRL to better describe what they define and to avoid confusion with SPI_DEV (0) and SPI_DEV (1).
Fixes the UART pin configuration for UART_DEV(0). Since this configuration is fixed and only defined for documentation purposes, the change has no impact on the code.
