pkg/lvgl: set LVGL thread priority higher than main
...
Using a lower priority than of the main thread would make
the LVGL thread to preempt the main thread, for example,
if you do a `xtimer_msleep(200);` on the main thread
giving any chance for the LVGL thread to preempt it
while working with LVGL on the main thread would
make the CPU crash.
To reproduce the bug just create various widgets, and fill
them with data from a sensor that "waits" for data to be ready.

When a file system has `fstat` and `open` implemented, `stat` can still
be missing. The new function is a generic implementation, and used in
fatfs to provide a `stat`.

Replace direct accesses to sched_active_thread and sched_active_pid with
the helper functions thread_getpid() and thread_get_active(). This serves
two purposes:
1. It makes accidental writes to those variable from outside core less likely.
2. Casting off the volatile qualifier is now well contained to those two
functions

The expandable GPIO API requires the comparison of structured GPIO types. This means that inline functions must be used instead of direct comparisons. For the migration process, packages must first be changed so that they use the inline comparison functions.

pkg/fatfs: use page-wise read() and write()
...
The FAT file system operates on sectors (pages), so use the new
mtd_write_page() and mtd_read_page() functions.
This also avoids the wrap-around after reading/writing past 4 GiB.

With the new version some OpenWSN modules are optional:
- openwsn_cjoin (and therefore opewnsn_coap)
- openwsn_6lo_fragmentation
- openwsn_icmpv6echo
- openwsn_crypto
- openwsn_udp (optional but kept as default)
New optional modules have been added:
- openwsn_iee802154e_security (link layer security)
- openwsn_adaptive_msf (MSF dynamic slot allocation)
Openvisualizer needs to be updated to be compatible with the new
version.
