d864e79c4a cpu/mips32r2_common: Use common 'Makefile.include' for cpus 
Use mips32r2_common 'Makefile.include' to simplify depending cpus:

'mips_pic32mx', 'mips_pic32mz' and 'mips32r2_generic'.
