cpu/$(CPU)/Makefile.features and cpu/$(CPU)/Makefile.dep are
automatically included
Part of moving CPU/CPU_MODEL definition to Makefile.features to have it
available before Makefile.include.

- SPIM0/SPIS0/TWIM0/TWIS0 have the same priority and are mutually exclusive,
to allow concurrent use we change the default TWIM used for i2c to
TWIM1 since spi uses SPI0 by default
