tests/unittests: enable boards with enough memory
Now that tests with packages have been moved out of `unittests`
re-enable boards with enough memory.

The removed boards list matches the boards that now compiled locally
with `BUILD_IN_DOCKER=1 make buildtest` and also the output of murdock
for boards that were able to link despite being in the list:

2534cfb3fa gnrc_sixlowpan_frag: Initial import of a fragment size hint feature
This allows for sending of fragments smaller than the restrictions set
by the link-layer PDU. E.g. to put some slack for IPHC into the first
fragment (see https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-6lo-fragment-recovery-02#section-4.1).

Makefile.features: declare FEATURES_CONFLICTING and make use of it
Define a variable for used features that conflict and use it in
`Makefie.include`.

It was not used by `info-global.inc.mk` and is still currently not.

Makefile.features: declare FEATURES_USED and make use of it
Put the definition of `FEATURES_USED` in common and use the variable
instead of duplicating code.

This required defining 'FEATURES_OPTIONAL_ONLY|USED' to not overwrite
the value of 'FEATURES_OPTIONAL' as was done before.

Also add 'FEATURES_OPTIONAL_MISSING' to list optional features that were
not included as not provided.

This removes the need to print FEATURES_MISSING with the optional
features too.

makefiles: Update FEATURES_OPTIONAL meaning
Update the FEATURES_OPTIONAL meaning to be more in line since
FEATURES_USED is defined. Handle FEATURES_OPTIONAL as a configuration from
the BSP/build that should not be changed anymore after.

`FEATURES_OPTIONAL` are by definition optional so are not supposed to
cause a build to fail.
Only the 'REQUIRED' ones that are not 'PROVIDED' are 'MISSING'.

* Do not change FEATURES_OPTIONAL to remove REQUIRED features
  * Prepare for having a different variable for the previous value
* Update dependency resolution/info-build as FEATURES_OPTIONAL cannot be missing

a3061ab2cc gnrc_sixlowpan_frag: expose fragment interval type
For the [VRB] I also need to track which the intervals of the fragments
already received (mostly for finding out when I am able to get rid of a
VRB entry, see [this conversation][VRB entry removal]), so to be able to
incorporate it into the common type for both reassembly buffer and VRB I
need to expose that type first.

Take into account stack buffers and printf for allocating the default

It now have a main stack usage of 514 bytes out of 768 on `wsn430-v1_3b`.

kinetis: save 'wdog-disable.bin' binary in the repository
Keep the compiled '.bin' file to remove the need to compile it when
flashing. This remove the need to have the toolchain when flashing so
allow compiling and flashing with `BUILD_IN_DOCKER=1` without a local
toolchain.

Even if it ends up storing a binary, the file is only 34 bytes.

makefiles/toolchain: fallback to 'objdump'
When '$(PREFIX)objdump' is not present fallback to native '(g)objdump'.
'objdump' is used when flashing for some boards but the toolchain may
not be installed when building in docker.

This will allow using 'objdump' in 'cpu/kinetis/dist/check-fcfield.sh'.

66c66b59a5 tests/unittests: add tests for scanf_float.
Newlib-nano does not seem to support hexadecimal floats or the %a
specifier. What is even weirder, it reports a successful conversion
anyways.

Tests for these two cases have been commented out.

7fc3207043 sys: add pseudomodule scanf_float
To read float number from stdin, add "-u scanf_float"
option to the linker.
This option is setup using a pseudomodule as it is already done for

Just add to your Makefile:
USEMODULE += scanf_float

c219fdc001 kinetis/check-fcfield: skip on IMAGE_OFFSET > 0x410
- fcfield is located in memory at 0x400-0x40f. Its content is only read
upon reset, therefore if in presence of a bootloader and multiple
applications, the fcfield will only be read when the bootloader
is loaded. As long as we flash at IMAGE_OFFSET > 0x410 we do not
care about the fcfield content since it won't get overwritten.

boards/tools: remove exporting PREFLASH/FLASHDEPS
PREFLASHER/PREFFLAGS/FLASHDEPS are evaluated by the main Makefile.include.
Their value does not need to be exported.

Testing
-------

`git diff --word-diff` only reports `export` being removed.

`git show --stat` reports `16 insertions(+), 16 deletions(-)`
Which is the same amount as lines that where matching
`export[[:blank::]]\+VARIABLE` plus the newline that is said to have
changed.
