treewide: change prefix for generated Kconfig symbols.
...
This changes the prefixes of the symbols generated from USEMODULE and
USEPKG variables. The changes are as follow:
KCONFIG_MODULE_ => KCONFIG_USEMODULE_
KCONFIG_PKG_ => KCONFIG_USEPKG_
MODULE_ => USEMODULE_
PKG_ => USEPKG_

drivers/mag3110: correct cast of phydat_t*
...
The read functions have a mag3110_data_t* argument which is a
struct with 3 int16_t members. Thus we should cast res->val instead of
just res.

periph/i2c: convert char to uint8_t where applicapable
...
In general, data transferred through I2C are bytes and thus should have
type uint8_t, not char.
Also convert uint8_t ptrs to void ptrs
