- Passing RIOT-OS specific data as user_ptr
- Added necessary macros to Makefile.dep
- Added missing explicit dependency to xtimer module
- Added ucg_riotos.h with the RIOT-OS specific functionality
- Removed the now-obsolete patch of Ucglib
- Other minor fixes
