boards/seeeduino_arch-pro: use FLASHFILE variable
...
Update to use FLASHFILE as file to be flashed on the board.
openocd.inc.mk now uses FLASHFILE variable so does not need to overwrite
FFLAGS anymore.

openocd: get flash and debug files from cli
...
Get FLASH_FILE and ELFFILE from command line instead of environment variable.
The documentation was claiming ELFFILE was given as a command line argument
already, but is was not.
