6bb8a5c145
nanocoap_sock: split request function from get 
The nanocoap_get function is refactored to split of the request part
into a separate function for reuse by other modules. Support for
retransmissions when the received frame is malformed is dropped as it
was broken anyway.

uuid: Initial import of RFC4122 UUID functions 
Provides functions for type 3, 4 and 5 UUID generations.

UUID type 1 is timestamp based and requires an accurate time source. For
this reason it is left out of this implementation. UUID type 2 is not
defined in RFC 4122 and thus also not included here

57f6081960 sys/analog_util: Refactor adc_map, fix compilation 
Change the API to use int32_t instead of int, to allow for greater
flexibility on 8- and 16-bit platforms. Removed limitation on input
arguments that min < max. Times where it can be useful to have min > max
is when measuring a sensor where a higher measured voltage means a lower
physical value. For example a thermistor can be connected so that the
measured voltage goes down when the temperature goes up.

bd25cf5902 net/rdcli_simple: parse RD address from string 
this makes the configuration of the RD server much simpler, as it
does not require the user to 'binary-code' the RD server's address
anymore.

23bdc80e22 doc: update IPv6 RFC references 
RFC 2460 was obsoleted by RFC 8200. This PR changes the references
around, so we don't reference an obsoleted RFC ;-).

Also I'm moving these references from the old-style HTML-like format
to the newer-style Markdown-like format.

787fa37465 netopt: move NETOPT_BLE_CTX to new netopt doc style 
Documentation of the option types was clarified in #8655. I only noticed
after merging #8884, that `NETOPT_BLE_CTX` was not documented using
that new style. So I deliver the change myself to make it quicker.

9efbfcd3ae doc: remove sys_util references 
This removes all references of the `sys_util` documentation group which
does not exist. Due to it being referenced by some module
documentations there were some cases where the rendered doc was broken:

* `div` did not appear in the list of modules
* `iolist` appeared on top level of the module tree

e11550042c gnrc_ipv6_nib_6ln: only register addresses not VALID yet 
With the previous fix, we only have to register addresses that are not
VALID yet on reception of router advertisements. This removes the need
for the hacky `GNRC_NETIF_FLAGS_6LO_ADDRS_REG` flag that was only
introduced to prevent unnecessary re-registration.

1156721eaf gnrc_sixlowpan_nd: add missing header 
`gnrc_pktsnip_t` is used in `net/gnrc/sixlowpan/nd.h` but it is not
included. There were no compile errors yet, since this file is always
included with some other GNRC headers, but it might not in the future.

328408bd21 gnrc_ipv6_nib: only activate MULTIHOP_P6C for 6LR and up 
Non-routing 6LN can ignore the ABRO, so we can deactivate multihop
prefix and 6LoWPAN distribution altogether (since hosts do not have a
downstream hop).

I applied the following terminology and changed the wording in the doc
accordingly:

* must not: If the parameter is of the value it *must not* be it either
  hits an assert or crashes the system.
* may not: The value can be that value, but the function will return an
  error.

gnrc_netif: provide helper functions for NETOPT_IPV6_(ADDR|GROUP) 
Since especially the setter for `NETOPT_IPV6_ADDR` and the getter for
both `NETOPT_IPV6_ADDR` and `NETOPT_IPV6_GROUP` isn't that obvious, I
decided to provided a helper function for those `gnrc_netapi_get/_set`
operations.

2ae30cf582 gnrc_netif: rename IPv6 address "setters" 
This renames the following functions

* `gnrc_netif_ipv6_addr_add()`
* `gnrc_netif_ipv6_addr_remove()`
* `gnrc_netif_ipv6_group_join()`
* `gnrc_netif_ipv6_group_leave()`

by appending the suffix `_internal`.

\## Reasoning

I'd like to provide a helper function for the *public* equivalent using
`gnrc_netapi_set()`, and those names are to nice to not be taken for
those.

\## Procedure
I used a combination of `git grep` and `sed` to do this and fixed the
alignment in the result of some cases by hand.

The doxygen group for the networking module is `net`, not `sys_net`.
By using `sys_net` nanocoap appears in the [module
root](https://doc.riot-os.org/modules.html) of the documentation.

gnrc_netapi: make doc a little more consistent 
Throughout the documentation `gnrc_nettype_t` is referred to as a
"protocol type". The documentation for the functions
`gnrc_netapi_dispatch_*()` that were added later only refer to it as
"type".

This fix changes those to "protocol type" to make this clearer in the
context of these functions and unify it with the rest of the
documentation.
