stm32mp157c-dk2 has not enough memory to build this apps.
However as the stm32mp157xx cpu line has no flash, a part of RAM
is considered as ROM. Thus ROM size could be extend to suit this
apps needs.

Replace direct accesses to sched_active_thread and sched_active_pid with
the helper functions thread_getpid() and thread_get_active(). This serves
two purposes:
1. It makes accidental writes to those variable from outside core less likely.
2. Casting off the volatile qualifier is now well contained to those two
functions
When compiled with `LWIP_IPV4=1 LWIP_IPV6=1` this test currently fails
in current master. This "regression" was introduced with 035acc2e53.
However, after some debugging I think that commit actually revealed a
problem with the test rather than introducing a bug.
The test starts the central server, and then checks if opening a
listening socket on the same port causes an `-EADDRINUSE` error.
The server, on the other hand, starts with `SOCK_FLAGS_REUSE_EP`, so of
course the listening operation may succeed. Instead, let's just call
`sock_tcp_listen` twice with two distinct queue objects. Way easier and
also more correct.
- Define test_utils_interactive_sync as DEFAULT_MODULE in Makefile.tests_common
- For tests disabling autoinit, add test_utils_interactive_sync to main
- Add DISABLE_MODULE += test_utils_interactive_sync for tests requiring
sudo, `tests/shell`, `tests/minimal` and `tests/stdin`
- Add shell_commands to tests/periph_wdt and tests/struct_tm_utility to
pull `r` and `s` commands
- Remove includes and usage in `tests/main.c` for tests that where
already using test_utils_interactive_sync
- Since `printf()` is buffered it might not arrive in a single
read to pexpect. Regex which terminate in a group match might
match only some elements, this might break tests that depend
on exact group matching.
Added arduino-nano to BOARD_INSUFFICIENT_MEMORY/BOARD_BLACKLIST following suit
of how arduino-uno is marked, as arduino-nano is mostly an Uno in a different
form factor.
