sys/uart0: include cpu.h in board_uart0.h
...
Some CPUs (e.g. cortex-m based ones) define the UART0_BUFSIZE
in cpu.h. So also include this file here.

core: harmonizes the data type for the process ID
...
Instead of using differing integer types use kernel_pid_t for process
identifier. This type is introduced in a new header file to avoid
circular dependencies.
