net: remove conn API 
conn was deprecated in 38217347. 3 Releases later and now that no module
is using it RIOT-internally anymore, I think it is time to say goodbye.

29842bb5e4 netdev2: rename to netdev and remove gnrc_netdev 
With some minor hand-edits I used the following chain of commands:
