Added arduino-nano to BOARD_INSUFFICIENT_MEMORY/BOARD_BLACKLIST following suit
of how arduino-uno is marked, as arduino-nano is mostly an Uno in a different
form factor.
The xtimer_drift test application can be used to measure the drift of
the xtimer subsystem when referenced against the wall clock or,
preferably, a PC with NTP synchronized clock as reference.
