makefiles: Add an APPLICATION_MODULE variable Set the application module name with APPLICATION_MODULE. The default module name is "application_$(APPLICATION)". This should fix name conflicts where an application/test has the same name as an existing module and so both write to the same archive.

make: refactor make system (parallelism, deduplication) Almost everything was build sequentially in RIOT, because we employed explicit for-loops to build directories (DIRS). This PR makes our make system use normal dependencies to build directories. All our compiling rules were duplicated, once for the application, once for modules. This PR makes the application a normal module, removing this duplication.

Makefile*: Allow multiple external board dirs - Add the new EXTERNAL_BOARD_DIRS variable that can contain a space separated list of folders containing external boards - Introduce $(BOARDDIR) as shortcut for $(BOARDSDIR)/$(BOARD) - Map the existing BOARDSDIR to the new approach - If BOARDSDIR is provided by the user, it will be added to EXTERNAL_BOARD_DIRS for backward compatibility. (And a warning is issued to encourage users migrating to EXTRA_BOARDS.) - BOARDSDIR is updated after the board is found to "$(BOARDDIR)/..". - Useful for `include $(BOARDSDIR)/common/external_common/Makefile.dep` - Provides backward compatibility

make: pass BLOBS to makefiles/application.inc.mk For regular modules, adding files to BLOBS is sufficient to create the corresponding headers. Application modules are different, as they use a minimal makefile (makefiles.application.inc.mk) to build, thus application level variables are not available. This commit makes Makefile.include pass BLOBS to the application Makefile as APPLICATION_BLOBS, and application.inc.mk use that variable as value for BLOBS. The indirection is necessary so submakefiles (e.g., those visited by DIRS) do not hard override BLOBS.
